Sensor housings often need turning, cross-drilling, threading, and milling on a single part. Our turn-mill centers handle all of this in one clamping - which means better concentricity, fewer handling marks, and shorter lead times than routing between separate machines.

Customer redesigned channel layout three times during development. Because CNC was in-house, each revision went from updated model to machined sample in 4 days — keeping the overall program on schedule.
Threaded body with internal bore, sealing groove, and hex flat — all produced in a single turn-mill cycle. Eliminated a previous three-machine routing the customer's old supplier used, cutting cycle time and handling risk.
Customer needed stainless steel mounting brackets for a sensor module, plus a set of positioning jigs for their own assembly line. Both shipped together in the same lot — same material certs, same inspection standard, same delivery window. Saved them from managing a second fixture vendor entirely.
