Our Approach
We don't chase zero-defect as a slogan — we engineer our processes so defects have nowhere to hide.
Quality at E-Tech is not an inspection gate at the end of the line. It's embedded in every process step — from how we qualify raw materials, to how we design molds for manufacturability, to how we monitor injection parameters in real time. Our IATF 16949-certified quality management system ensures consistency across every batch, every shift, every part.

Quality Process
Five Stages, Zero Gaps
Every sensor connector passes through five quality gates — from incoming material to outgoing shipment. Each stage has defined methods, acceptance criteria, and responsible personnel.
IQC -Incoming Quality Control
Every material batch verified before entering production.
Raw material and purchased components are inspected upon receipt. We verify material certificates (RoHs/REACHcompliance), run dimensional sampling per AQL standards, and test mechanical properties where applicable.Non-conforming lots are quarantined and returned.

DFM - Design for Manufacturability
Quality designed in before first tool cut.
Our engineering team reviews every new design for moldability, assembly feasibility, and critical-to-quality (CTO)dimensions. Moldfiow simulation predicts fll patterns, warp, and sink marks - fixing problems in software, not on the shopfloor.Raw material and purchased components are inspected upon receipt. IPQC — In-Process Quality Control
Real-time monitoring throughout production
During production, key process parameters (injection pressure, temperature, cycle time) are monitored in real time. First-article inspection is performed at every shift start and after any tool change. SPC charts track critical dimensions with CPK ≥ 1.33 targets.

FQC — Final Quality Control
Comprehensive finished-product verification
Completed parts undergo full dimensional inspection on 3D CMM, functional testing (electrical continuity, sealing, insertion force), and visual audit under controlled lighting. Critical automotive connectors receive 100% inspection on key parameters.

3D CMM Measurement
Electrical Continuity
Sealing / IP Rating Test

OQC — Outgoing Quality Control
Final gate before shipment to customer
Before any lot ships, OQC verifies packaging integrity, label accuracy, quantity, and performs a final sampling inspection. Shipping documentation includes CoC, dimensional reports, and material certifications as required by each customer.

Inspection Capabilities
What We Test & How
Our inspection lab covers five major testing dimensions — each with dedicated equipment and defined acceptance criteria.
Verifying that every critical dimension meets drawing specification — from overall geometry to micro-feature tolerances.
Ensuring IP-rated connectors meet ingress protection requirements for automotive and industrial environments.
Validating material properties, plating quality, and surface finish to ensure long-term durability and contact reliability.
100% electrical verification on all wiring assemblies and connector products to guarantee signal integrity and safety.
Simulating real-world conditions to verify that connectors survive the harshest automotive and industrial environments over their full service life.
